Curriculum

People Management (2 sessions): It will cover self-awareness tests and soft skill development programs including team skills, time management skills, communication skills, corporate behaviour (ethical and deviant) and professionalism.

Leadership (2 sessions): It will cover leadership skill tests and leadership skill development covering leadership styles, power and politics, managing change, managing projects and managing internal and external environment.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship (2 sessions): It will cover creativity tests and entrepreneurship skill development including managing innovations, Converting Innovations to Business, Business Plans and Managing Risks.

Strategic Management and Marketing (2 sessions): It will cover topics like product positioning, branding and marketing in international competitive market, product portfolios, strategic analysis, formulating and executive strategies and Best business practices.
