Introduction

The competitive strategies have changed over time. The present business scenarios present lot of market and product uncertainties. The key to survival is innovation and entrepreneurship. The modern day customers demand more for money. The small entrepreneurs as well as large organizations, in private or government, have to look out for new and better products and services, new and efficient processes, new ways of delivering services and innovative strategies to gain competitive advantages.
