360 degree Leadership Program

Introduction

The course is, especially, designed for those who are stuck in the middle, especially, the Administration Officers and Supervisors. The course will help them to lead effectively from that position and be an asset to the organization besides improving their own growth prospects.

In any case, successful organizations need to build layers of leadership at all levels. This means that not only the top level management but all the managers, officers and staff should have capability to lead. It is not just important to manage or do things right. It is important to do the right thing.  The organizations need staff, who can balance their skills and knowledge with leadership skills. Such staff will carry out their tasks well, which would lead to a successful future for themselves as well as the organization. This two day course would polish the leadership skills of the participants and would help them lead dynamically in any situation.
“I find the program very useful, which can be implement in our organization. Outstanding faculty made the concepts simple and clear. Program organization was very good”
ChanthipHead – International Relations, Thaksin University, Songkhla, Thailand.
